We work in areas that we know about. This includes the following types of companies...international and regional consulting, communications, (cable, telephony, mobility), software/SaaS, engineering, information technology, human resources, sales, non-profits.   

We place people in positions ranging from Manager to Executive Vice President.

We believe our best relationships are based on honesty, integrity, and mutual trust. We provide accurate and timely information. We honor our commitments. We expect the same of our clients and candidates.

We respect our client’s and candidate’s needs for confidentiality and would never breech their trust.

Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our clients AND our candidates. We seek to provide value over time.

We work for and are compensated by our clients. We would never recruit from our clients.

We employ multiple channels of communication (face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails) and maximize use of those channels that are most effective for our clients and candidates. All parties are kept up to date in a timely manner.
